blur, verb, blurred, blurring, noun.
v.t. 1. to make less clear in form or outline.
Ex. Mist blurred the hills.
2. to dim (the sight, perception, judgment, or other senses).
Ex. Tears blurred my eyes.
3. to smear; smudge.
Ex. He blurred the picture by touching it before the paint was dry.
v.i. to become dim or indistinct.
Ex. Her eyes blurred with tears.
noun 1. a blurred condition; dimness.
Ex. The blur in his vision was caused by old age.
2. a thing seen dimly or indistinctly.
Ex. His face was just a blur until I put on my glasses.
3. a smear; smudge.
Ex. The letter had many blots and blurs.
4. (Figurative.) a blot or stain on one's character or reputation.
Personally...I plan to set the self-timer for 3 seconds, put on a blindfold, spin myself around three times
and then toss the camera into the air as high as possible.
With any luck I'll be able to stop spinning, yank off the blindfold and catch the camera before it hits the ground.
