Last week I showed my dislikes, baaad stuff.
Last night being a cool evening here, Elsabé decided time to try the recipe from her Greek friend. Heavan knows what is in there, but the GREEN STUFF is actually something called Spinach, (Aaagh) mushed up in a food processor to hide it. Stirring in some Yogart (the recipe), improved it somewhat, but after the the real sauce, Mrs Balls Hot stuff, I almost finished my portion.
PS. this morning, nor the birds in the garden nor the dog or cat were interested in it, so..???
