I'm sorry to have disappeared from this challenge. Little did any of us around here know that May 1st would bring the biggest storms our area has seen. The rains came and continued well into the 2nd dumping 14"-16" in about 32 hours. Flooding was immense. Communication, utility and transportation infrastructures were destroyed and/or compromised until the last day or so (some still a long way from repair). I moved forward capturing things that played on the "memories" theme but uploading was impossible until the wireless networks were brought back.

Anyway. We all are pushing forward here. To be honest, I have continued to shoot but primarily have been trying to help others who took more direct hits. All is well and the sense of community and volunteer spirit are in high gear. Look to catch up on your posts but feel too overwhelmed to push on right now. See you in the coming month.
