September Challenge

How about a "On the road" thingy?

Photos taken on drives, with lots of road occupying the photo space. It could include "On the sidewalk" or "On the trail".

The prime subject is the road, sidewalk, trail, rail itself. Not a landscape taken from the road.

Don't forget, Have camera will travel.... even to the corner dépanneur.

Over here, it's illegal to post candid shots, you have to ask permission first. The only time it's ok, is when in a public gathering, like in a parade. But not ordinary people walking the streets. To protect privacy.

I have another suggestion!

Call it " September in your life"!
With images about your life in this month about your friends, family, hobbies, cars, boats, houses, travel all what´s important to you!!
These can be portraits, social-,people photography,candids, leasure images about your cruise in the caribic and much more!

Oops...when I was in Canada I shot a lot of candids...had no clue it was illegal.

That Canadian law about candids is stupid. How silly. A public place is a public place...and for the public, to be photographed by the public. LOL

OK, I like the ROAD idea. Roads, sidewalks, trails... and we could add the September influenences, like kids on the way back to school, school bus on the road. Boris can do homeless folks on the street. I think it would be a good opportunity to do some wide angle photos too.

It's not illegal to shoot, just publish ... if they catch you.
