Weekly Challenge: Photo Booth/Polaroid Portrait
Here is one for fun. I'm posting early to give extra time to play. The idea is to take/create a portrait or self portrait that has the raw look of a Polaroid instant print or like one taken in a photo booth. Strip it down, square it off, add some funky border or off white balance and saturation, grain... You get it.
For those who are not quite clear on what the two media look like, here is a link that shows some Polaroid looks from JPG Magazine or a few Photo Booth shots @ photobooth.net. You can find a Polaroid application HERE if you want something to play around with.
Play on!
A few simple rules:
1. Themes are posted on Fridays to give you the weekend to come up with a FRESH shot for the challenge to post through Monday.
2. This is about interaction, learning, being challenged and having fun so... HAVE FUN!
3. The themes are specific but interpretations are broad. Stay on theme but PLEASE feel free to think outside the box.
4. Look at others' submissions, comment as moved to do so and offer supportive and constructive feedback. Please don't just post for exposure. Look and at least comment on some.
5. Did we already mention: HAVE FUN!!!
