What Frost described in his poem nearly happened to me a couple of weeks ago

A (wo)man should hear a little music, read a little poetry, and see a fine picture every day of his/her life, in order that worldly cares may not obliterate the sense of the beautiful. (free to J.W. von Goethe)

The Wood-Pile (this title didn't make the list)

I hope you don't mind if I hang out with you for a time. Cheers, -- Leo

Flower-Gathering

For the faded flowers gay
That could take me from beside you
For the ages of a day?
They are yours, and be the measure
Of their worth for you to treasure,
The measure of the little while
That I've been long away.
