Hi,

Thank you all for your participation in the 25th Edition of the "Show and Tell" contest. This week's theme was "wide angle."

It was tough to choose winners with so many great entries. Choosing, of course, is very subjective and I certainly admit that my own "style" preferences are evident in this week's winners. My choices:

Honorable Mention: http://www.pbase.com/nickdemarco/image/61219346/medium

I love the simplicity of this image, and the feelings it evokes.

Third Place: http://www.pbase.com/andyrpthomas/image/51589779

What a great perspective! Excellent DOF. A great example of taking an ordinary looking scene and turning it into something special with perspective.

Second Place:

This is a brillaint image. I wish I could have a tie for first place! Love the b&w and simplicity. Really well done.

Great perspective, love the bold colors. A brillaint image and great use of wide angle. (By the way, a great gallery as well!)

It´s nice to now who was hidding behind that picture. The host of the competition did not post any names or even links to the photos so it was a mistery for me who won the other places.
But i think you have done a very nice job with that photo. I like it very much!
Well done mate! Can´t wait for the next competition :)

Thank you again members for your vote for first place. Unfortunately, due to my erratic travel schedule next week I am unable to host the 26th edition. I have asked Agroni if he could do so. Agroni - I left a message for you at the Pbase email. Thanks.

If the host of the 26th edition has no objections than i will host it!!!
I just need some hours to think of a title and then i'll post the 27th competition
Until then..... ;)
