ha ha ... yes agreed, it's from the spring when we bought the house and brought home the new dog. It's always been a favorite picture even though it was an inexpensive point and shoot. Damn dog still rules the house.
I responded with a shot of yours from the coast near Julia Phiffer-Burns State Park in CA, not so much because it was the best picture, but because it's a familiar camping spot. Just behind the waterfall there are two environmental campsites (.i.e pack it in and out)... it's worth the trip and the view. One of our favorite spots along HWY 1 if you're ever there again. Sunsets, ocean and whales if you time it right.

You've got lots of different subjects to browse through and enjoy. This one caught my eye immediately, a simple image but wonderfully composed and executed!
