First off, CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for submitting a wonderful variety of images full of life, humor, character and warmth...
I knew this week's challenge would be impossible to judge, so please know that any one of the top images could have been chosen for 1st place.

In fact, I would first like to give a special "Shout Out" to those that submitted a terrific "collection" of multiple images, making it even more difficult to single out just one:

3rd Place: Big Rat by Cits_4_Pets. That is one big rat, and her expression is even bigger. Priceless!


2nd Place: "A Tea Party" by Kirstenmary. Truly a classic, classic image! Caught just in the nick of time... Brilliant!


1st PLACE: "United Hands" by McGarva. It just all came perfectly together here. Timing, expression, the boy, the bubble, the hands, the celebration, the clarity and quality of the image, the works... Fantastic capture!

Thank you for 3rd place. The night before I posted the shot, I had found out that Geri, the little old lady in the picture had died. It was quite a shock. Thank yo for the the Costco Coach Sleeper HM! I am not usually a people shooter so was very happy!

These contests are tough to judge, aren't they! Excellent selections all around.
