I wonder if anyone has advice on flattening old Plus-X negatives for scanning. The film is from 1970 and so curled I have trouble keeping the strips in the holder. If I put it in the "correct" way (convex base side down), the film can hit the glass and cause moire-like Newton rings. (I now scan it upside down and flip it in PS.) The 2450 is a flatbed scanner with a built-in transparency adapter. Some of the scans are here:
