Scanning problem with a sharp arm 162

This is more like a networking problem I scan to a file and I try to share that folder over a small network 5 computers using a workgroup enviroment and simple file sharing.
When I try to see the pdf file over the network it says an error has ocurred. Acces denied. The folder is not the problem because from the remote computer I can open the folder create files etc..
If a grab the file from the server copy it and paste it on another folder share it the problem is fixed but is one step more I want to avoid.
Please some body help me!!!!!!!
