Another Light Meter question

My mamiya 645 1000s ligt meter is not working and i was wondering if I could use my digital camera to give me the correct readings and transfer the readings to my Mamiya. My quewstion is that my dig camera does not have ASA 100 settings. The lowest that can be set is ASA 100. If I am shooting ASA 100 film and my digi cam reading is ASA 200. What is the math to do an conversion? Do I drop down 1 Fstop?
