I recently got a Minolta Maxxum 50 Film Camera....ive gotten 2 films developed but when i go to get them, theyve gone through the processor and nothing is exposed...my dad and i have tried to figure out what's wrong but we don't know. can someone give me a prediction as to what might be wrong?

Get a cheap roll of film (you are not going to develop it).

Open up the back of the camera and put a roll of film in it then use the camera but with the back open. Advance the film and make sure the film is advancing. Remove the lens and look at the film through the front of the camera while clicking the shutter. You should see the mirror go up then the shutter open (to see the film). Set it to a slow shutter speed or "B" to see the action.

A few possibilities ..
The shutter is not opening
The film is not advancing
The lens is not opening.
The shutter is blocked by an obstruction.
The Mirrror is not rising.

You should be able to see the problem really easily.

Good luck...
