I recently purchased a used Maxxum 5000. I had used a 7000 before. There is a button on the back of the 5000, upper right corner, that says 'BLC'. I can't figure out what that does. Can you help?

Hmm, I've got a 7000 right now but I'm not sure what that button is for. Could in be "battery level check"?

Humm, I am not sure, but I would guess Back Light Compensation
