The lens release lock is push in and cannot be released on my Hasselblad 500CM. I have tried to take couple shots and both the winder and shutter are working fine. I have tried to change lens but could not do it because the lens lock could not be released. Your help is appreciated.

I expect your lens is by now removed from the body.

This is what I would do if I had this problem:

Move the lens clockwise/anticlockwise against the body a couple of times.
This should give the unlock button enough play to pop out.
Make sure the lens and body are cocked.
Press the unlockbutton and turn the lens anti-clockwise.
Remove the lens.

If the unlockbutton is stuck your camera needs to go to a specialist.
Try David Odess in Massachusetts.

Good luck

it has been a while but I think if you take off the film magazine and look under the base of the lens. You will find a screw at the 6 oclock position. Take a small screwdriver and carefully turn this screw to cock the lens. This might help to free it from the mount . I used to get the lens jammed sometime when I tried to twist the lens and push the release button too quickly. Hope this helps. Its been a long time since I had it happen to me.
