First impressions with my new Leica M4-P

Post Wed Apr 18, 2007 12:53 am

I finally bought a Leica M camera a week ago on ebay (Easter 2007), the M4-P, having yearned for one for ages. I then went and blew much more money on a couple of Leica lenses to keep it company. It's meterless, and I have never had the pleasure of using an M before. But I'm in love already. I have run a few films through it in my first week of having it, and so these experimental photos are my first impressions of my M4-P.

Nice Camera Nick.
I like the M4-P, relatively cheap, meter-less, all the frame-lines and it's a Leica :D
I have had one since last summer, but its not as nice as yours:

Goes everywhere with me though.

Have fun!

I cannot afford a Leica but I use a FED 1 & FED 3 rf's. A rangefinder is, IMHO, what photography is and should be.
