Comes with the Body
Flash unit
and Two lenses

Along with a few other (Minor) goodies.
In a real nice special fit case...

That's what I'd pay. You can get a similar deal on eBay for about that.

I was given a sears kit, it turned out to be a re-branded Richor. Both they and Pentax made them for sears, thus K mount lenses fit. Also old style batteries no longer available but can use air cell for hearing aids. pick up at Discount chain or local drug store.
