Need Help Nikon N60

Post Tue Jan 25, 2005 9:41 pm

I have a Nikon N60 given to me free. I cant figure out whats wrong with it. When I take a picture, it wil only work on the "M" setting, and will not work on any other. When it is on the "M" setting, it has a shutter speed that will not release, as if on delay. Can some one please help..

Thanks

Did you get an instruction book with the camera?

What lens or lenses are you using with the camera?

Do you know if it was working properly before it was given to you?

What lens do you have attached. If it is a non competable lens (not automatic) it will cause problems

the lens have to be lock in the maximum overture, otherwise the camera dont work
or the lens is not well attach
or the camara does nor work because an intern problem in that case to repair may cost more than the camara

Read this review of the N60, and then decied what you want to do with it.
