how can you rate france by viewing a pic anyway? Can I rate it by the content of the question and the forum the pic is posted in?

Eric, It was a Fujifilm 4900z

Don, You are right, one is not really trying to rate France. The question is meant to ask how you like this destination, i.e. the South of France and more specifically the Menton, Cote D'Azur area based on what you see in the photos. I suppose 10 would be the highest if you really liked it a lot.

Some parts of France certainly are beautiful. I was in France very long ago and it's nice to see recent photos that show it looking pretty much the same. Who couldn't love the French countryside? And the architecture? Doesn't mean I'll be going back, but I will enjoy looking at the great pics I find here. :)
