The different faces of Edinburgh

This album includes a mixture of photos taken of Edinburgh in numerous visits, but the first batch taken in the snow of mid-february on my last visit (and my first with a dSLR) are the most striking. The view from Pentland Hills gives a different perspective on the city and draws remarkable comparisons to more exotic cities such as Cape Town with the view across to Arthur's Seat and the Firth of the Forth water. The city never fails to show a different side, even after four visits.
