Not quite Thursday here in the UK but bed calls, so here is my entry as

When I was shooting my chinese friends today... I told them that there was a thursday challenge with a topic about Chinese new year... I'm going to post the shot for them!
The discussion above is sad! Why do you need to get involved in others people's postings???? Are you the pbase police officer??? It was always called a TOTALLY INFORMAL GLOBAL THURSDAY CHALLENGE ... And there are no written rules and there is no police needed!
If this is the attitude of this challenge, you can forget about me! I'm not interested ... this was meaning to be an exchange for FUN... a lack of humour makes the whole think not worthwhile for me... I can have stress enough in my life! I don't need pbasers to add some more...

Oooophh guys, with all that discussion in the last 12 hours about being close to the chinatown.... It does not make posting easier today. I'm for one who is really close to chinatown, but we have a blizzard tonight so I guess close proximity to it does not help me. I think chinatown is closed for today .
Besides I agree that the idea of challenge is to come with something less obvious then just shot from chinatown, and thanks to Lee and Bev they trying to push us to some out of box thinking.

So here it is my entry. I did not read the theme completely at the beginning, so when I shot this I was not really sure if it's related to China or not and wanted to put some explanation, but "Out of the Orient" is opening wider options Now, it's not mine, it's what my son is using, but I figured out I can use if for the challenge.
