but decided that all I really wanted to say to everyone was simply Happy New Year!!

LOL, got to agree, not only did my Ford Ranger have a couple of major problems (radiator cracked, fuel pump gave out 700 miles later at just over 70K miles), an external hard drive died & the last day of the year my vacuum cleaner died! (It was 10 years old & making some loud noises the past month...just laughed as I knew it was not going to last). Not to mention my retirement went down the toilet....along with millions of other people...
Good things in '08...got my 1st digital camera, discovered Pbase & got a new Small Urban Vehicle with a 5/10 year warranty...long may it run! And my health was good.
Hopefull 2009 will be better, though my washer & dryer is ancient as is my fridge...they celebrate their 20th year in service....gulp!

This decade has been a tough one for the world...hoping for peace, health & happiness for the world...Hoping Obama can get our country back on track and get respected again.
