I know that I try to look at everyone's pictures on any challenge and leave comments and notice that not all people are doing that. To me, I think a challenge is for everyone who posts to view all work on the forum and have noticed that some folks don't do that. Am I wrong in my thinking?

No you're not wrong. I noticed that too. Not only this month or this challenge. It was the case last month and it is with the TITTCs.

Ditto both.
Maybe another PAD for folks who do not want to look at others & or make comment...they can just put their image in the post and then someone can comment if they feel like it. It takes time to open up all image & make comments & reciprocal comments seem to me to be common courtesy.
