Hi all,
Well, this is our last day in Yangshou before we start our travels. Tomorrow we head up to the other house (see Jan 2nd Image) to get some acclimatization in (8500 feet) before going to Nepal on Monday to trek into Annapurna for a month. It was fitting that we had a dramatic dawn today, the first for months. The light was changing constantly, beams of light punctuating the misty valley, all quite dramatic.

My landscape photography mentor, Galen Rowel used to say, Landscape Photography is an Action Sport, and having spent the last few years running up mountains at 17000 feet in pursuit of images, I can relate to that.
I will post as often as I can, but it is likely I will update my PaD on my return in mid March. It's all getting quite hectic with offers coming in for Photography teaching and a lot of writing to be done. Thanks to all who have taken time to come and comment and to the friends I have met so far.
