Did I mention we have prisons in the area? Seven in the immediate area, used to be eight before the Prison for Women closed and ten if you count the halfway houses. The federal administration offices are here, as well as the Staff Training College. Paul Benardo, and Russel Williams are guests of the crown here at K.P
When one first espies Collins Bay it looks like a very large french chateau complete with lots of space for vineyards. Its nickname, and I kid you not, is Disneyland North.
