Many thanks to you all for your comments on my onion chopper! It will be put to good use today as I'll be making and canning about 16 quarts of tomato sauce! Still have about 30 pounds (13.6 kg) of homegrown blanched, peeled & chopped tomatoes remaining in the freezer.....
