In 1988 the properties at Princess & King caught fire and ,except for the Princess St facades, were gutted. The plan was to preserve these facades in the new development but the developer destroyed them. After the dust had settled, Dacon Corporation, a new developer, built this Al Cromarty designed building. On the left, or Princess St., side of this building there are four separate facades to create a feeling of less bulk and a better blend with the existing street scape.
