Lots of excitement here yesterday ~ had a HUGE thunderstorm roll through at 3 pm (15:00 for our friends abroad) and uproot a huge tree in the side yard. It came within a foot of hitting our new air conditioner and house..... We received almost 3" (7.62 cm) of rain in 30 minutes and had 1.75" (4.44 cm) hail pelting the house.
