Do I get a discount for poor access

Well, we're all treated the same way - if you need better and more reliable (and more expensive) support, perhaps another site might suit you better. Yes it's annoying but it is cheap. What's your monthly cost for your access through your isp and what do they offer for storage, etc.?

Ian, everytime your TV cable or your own ISP internet access is down do they deduct those hours from your monthly bill? I dont think so
