I've recently bought a second hands 300D with the problem that the auto focus was not working. I searched the internet and discovered it could be the mirror, and yes it was. The second mirror was closed behind the first. I tried to remove it, but instead the spring came of the mirror and 'jumped' out the camera.
Now I'm a bit lost because I could not refit the spring. First of all I don't know exactly how it was located and second of all how the reach the place where is should be.
Is there anyone who did this before, or are there any picture how this should be. Before I decide to give Canon a large amount of money for this is there anyone who can help !
