How Can I take photographs at 3 frames per second.

Hello All,

I have nikon d80. I have read somewhere in manual that, i can take photographs at 3 frames per second. Can any body tell me how to do it..please guide me.

Just keep the shutter pressed. :) (You might have to change the drive mode to 'continuous' first - not sure how it's called on Nikons...)

Here is a link to a photo of the top of the camera. Scroll down the page until you see "Single Press Buttons", Shooting Modes" and "Continuous shooting".

I don't have a D80, but this what I found. More detailed instructions should be in the manual.

Make sure long exposure noise reduction is tuned off in the menu too, it slows things down even on short exposures.
