Sigma 100-300mm f/4 EX APO DG HSM vs Sigma APO 300mm F/2.8?

Which is a better lens for nikon 200, or for fuji s3 pro?
Because the apertures is better on apo 300mm, than the 100-300 but is not a dg lens? It will make any different?
