i think i have all the equipment but what now ?

i have somehow managed to aquire my sisters SLR and some good lights and a pure white drop sheet cos i am going to be taking photographs of a series of collector cards which i designed and plan to have released in stores very soon.

Im not really sure how i should go about it. im guessing i would just make different compositions with the boxes, packs and individual cards, but is there anything i should know before i just start snapping away. ??

If anyone has any suggestions let me know....please.
