Photoshoot in Central Park

I have a photoshoot Scheduled in Central Park tomorrow. 8 girls, They will be changing outfits.

Are they any rules or permits required for a Photoshoot in Central Park (NYC)?

I looked at the central Park Website, it seems that they have regulations but eared more towards large Filming and Commercial photography.

I only planed to use one AC Strobe light with a softbox, may be a reflector.

Any ideas?

If this even remotely resembles a commercial shoot, you will be asked for a permitt from the filmboard, if you do not have a permitt, you will be either kicked out or kicked out and issued a citation.
