100mm

Hey guys, I've been reading around about the 100mm prime (canon) and Im very keen on buying one. I've tried one out in jessops and I was happy with the results.

I've also heard that it is a good Portrait lense, could anybody post me some portraits taken with a 100mm for me to see what it can do?

Check out

Jessops have a 28 day return policy. Consider getting the lens and seeing how it sits with you. Use it in different environments especially the kind you like to shoot in most.

You'll see in that time if the focal length is the one for you. If not just return it, just make sure you take care of it while you're trying out

I got one about two months ago. It has really opened the doors of my photos of flowers. It has allowed me to get lower and more detailed shots plus the narrow dof helps a lot.

I use it to shoot some portrait photos at work but not much. It does seem to be a good portrait lens from what I can tell.

Overall, I love the lens and am happy with my choice.
