Nikon Camera Control

Just wondering if anybody knows how to use the Nikon Camera Control Software to adjust the tone compensation curves to mimic certain film types? Or maybe a website where I can see how to do this?

There are photoshop plugins for film emulation, some are better than others and I don't think any of them are free. This article also has some curves for a few of the biggies when it comes to color and this one has some B&W help. Of course, none of this helps if you aren't using photoshop.
