Picture filing system

Post Thu Mar 06, 2008 12:16 am

I need to find a filing system.
I would like to have one and only one copy of every picture I have taken, so that when I make changes these changes have to be made only once but can be seen from many different Indexes. I have the feeling that the best unique name for the pictures is the date and sequence number of the picture within date.
I would like to access the picture from many different directories. For instance, I would like to find a picture in “Hudsonâ€

iView MediaPro

Organise your photos into folders created for each day.
For example: 20080306, 20080305, 20080304
In doing this you can organise and sort you collection logically.
