one-shot focus issues. Forward focus and back focus..

I have both and they are all over the place..

Tested with tripod and several L lenses.

Just checking to see if it is common or not.

1Dm3 and no issues with 17-40mm, 20mm, 300 f4 and 300 f2.8 in one shot or AI servo. I also use the 300/2.8 with a 1.4 and 2.0 TC and AF is OK. I checked MA on the 20mm & 300/2.8 and it was OK so I haven't bothered with the rest of the lenses, they work OK on my 30D. I've been shooting static birds and BIF and tend to stick with center AF point or the so called ring of fire sometimes for BIF. Are you using center point AF? any assist AF points enabled?
