50mm F1.2L USM lens on Canon 50D??

well the 50mm f1.2L USM lens worksperfectly on Canon EOS 50D or its only made for full-frame cameras????????

im kinda new in EOS World but i like the 50mm Lens. i have Canon 50D recently got it with the 17-85 Lens and i wanted to go for the 50mm Lens

Any suggestions guys?? well it work perfectly on my 50D???

You can use the 50mm 1.2L normally on your camera, without any problem, but will it be usefull to buy that very expensive one ?? I personally was thinking about to buy it but in the end I bought the much cheaper 1.4/50mm which is very, very good !!! Just to give you an impression of the quality go to the following site to see the testing results between the 1.2 and 1.4 50mm and a lot of other lenses and you will see that the one is not much better than the other !
