PBase

I have this little camera for a little over two years now and suddenly, the Zoom stop working and also focus... Change batteries, changed card, open it and it was ok for about 5 shots and then Zoom freezes again and most of the buttons were not functioning... I had search the net to see if anyone had the same problem and it seem that it is quite common and that Canon had never had a recall about this problem... Does anyone had a similar problem with a G12? Did you have it repaired? Is it working fine now? Thank you!
