simulate Holga effect in PS

Hi,
Does anyone know how to emulate the Holga look in a digital image? I would appreciate learning the details.

One way of doing it that I know is to use Nik Software's Silver Efex Pro plugin. It has a pretty hefty price tag, though.

I have used a Holga action. Here is a link to the image and in the description there is a link to the action I used.

Jorma, I see you are from Finland. Do you know an internet portal based in Scandinavia to buy a second-handed Holga? Roughly how much one expects to pay for a well-functioned piece these days? And thanks for the link, I'll test the trial version first.
Rene: Cool processing. Exactly the type of the look I'm after. Is the metal frame also from the software work? What camera was this shot originally taken by?

or you could buy an actual Holga camera for US$25 and scan the image. Each one would be different as opposed to a digital effect.
