Pricing for a Calendar

An advertising company has contacted me about using one of my images in a calendar for a very large international company. I want to get the maximum amount for use of the image and was wondering if anyone has any tips for pricing. I'm going to ask how many calendars will be printed and want my name to appear as the artist, but I'm not sure how much to ask for. All the images I've sold before were for web pages, limited print runs such annual reports, or actual prints. Thanks for any feedback or tips.
Best Wishes,
Walter

A second thought. A couple of years ago a friend of mine was approached by the Gibson Guitar Co. about using one of his images for one of their calendars, they would not pay cash but they did send him a Les Paul Special in a hard case, retail value +/- $1500.00.
Continued success,
Michael
