access from chinanet

I see some lowlife from a chinanet ip is coming here and collecting info for some reason ip 61.145.128.143,i have banned the whole ip range.I really HATE these lowlife who send robot programs arounds scanning everything and anything.I have banned both google,msn and yahoo from collecting info from my domain and there is a rather nasty to the point message for them when they try.But the idiots still come back and try again and they are still blocked (403 message)

It is a wonder that the admin don't ban the whole ip range,that is what i do with these damb useless time wasteing search bots ie google,msn and yahoo.I just ban the whole ip range
