I am looking to buy a HP Designjet 130 printer. Does anyone have any experiance with this one. Or with wide format printer is the best for the money.
I know of one person that has this printer and uses a sony cybershot and works very well for 24x36 prints. I will be using canon digital rebel.

Also what kind of software is the CBT for Adobe Photoshop color management. Is it easy to work with?

Thanks Larry

Hey,

That's the same two rigs I have. We run a small quick print shop and recently bought the Designjet 130. The prints off the 130 with a 6 megapixel cam is AWESOME. I've already printed a couple 24" x 36" and they will astonish you. I'm still learning about the printer so this is all I had to add.

I don't think you can go wrong using this printer as long as 24" wide will give you what you need.

PS - If you do buy this printer. Check out freedompaper.com for your paper supplies. I bought a photo roll from them and they delivered quick and great price.
