New Pricing - More Storage For The Same Price !!!

Post Sun Jun 05, 2005 6:11 am

We have increased storage from 200MB to 300MB, but the price remains the same.
$23 = 300MB
$43 = 600MB
$60 = 900MB

If you have already paid for 200MB, you now have 300MB available to you. Enjoy!

Score! The last couple months I have been bumping up against that 200MB wall, pondering whether I wanted to spend more money to increase my storage space. Now I'm free to upload more as new events happen. :)

thanks but what with fixing problems?

Post Sun Jun 05, 2005 9:42 am

thanks a lot Emily, great news.
but what about fixing some problems we have? there are several threads in 'Questions and answers' forum, where people complain about problems with their accounts.
I have a problem as well - my personal message dissapeared from my profile page a month ago, when I added more text to it. Could anybody bring it back finally? thanks

Hay guys
This is the second time you have done this to me.
When I reached 100MB and started deleting and recompressing files you increased to 200MB, now that I am trying to limit myself to 200MB by deleting and removing files and directories, you have extended storage to 300MB

Hurray, keep it up
Love you all
Ilan

What about the others?

Post Sun Jun 05, 2005 11:53 am

Hi,

I paid for 300MB at the beginning of my subscription almost 4 years ago; is there an upgrade (storage or credits) for my account?

It's only fair that every upgrade benefits to all users, espacially to those who supported PBase for years. Otherwise I would think that it's better to be cheap and wait for upgrades! :?

Thanks!

nacef,
yes, this change upgrades all existing accounts.

really this just increases the value of a "credit" including credits people already have on their accounts.

the standard $23 plan which was orginally described as 100MB for one year added 12 credits to an account. so each credit provided 100MB for one month. now this has been increased to 300MB for one month. the number of credits remains the same. they just provide more storage space.

Mucy appreciation for all you have done. And the new pricing stucture is awesome!

Still very concerned about quite slow access/load times. I hope you guys monitor network loads and have a way to respond to chronic slowness.

I'm on broadband/Time-Warner. Called them. They said it wasn't them.

Mini accounts?

Post Sun Jun 05, 2005 7:01 pm

Do you plan to provide a plan for very small accounts?
I have a small account maintained for discussions of
scanning and image problems and techniques, I will
never be more than 20Mbyte maybe, however the annual
quantum for anything below 300Mbyte is... the same.

Maybe we could have a master account and a few
"usernames" beneath of it? This is one of my personal
long term wishes... Separate username allows to
split the images dedicated to different viewers,
for example family albums from generic travel
albums.
