How to disable the extension jpg in my galleries. Thank you for your answers.

By default, the title applied to an image is the name of the uploaded image file. You can do an 'edit image' and make the title anything you would like. Almost none of my titles are the file name, sometimes I make the title a blank line.

Note you can also via "edit this gallery" add or change the titles. That is more convenient if you have a number of images to work on.
