I don't know how many people are having this problem, but ever since the site crashed this morning, I have been unable to view messages sent to me, although I can read sent messages and all the rest. One person in the States said everything was fine for him, while another in Canada said the same thing is happening to him.

I have written to Pbase Customer Service several times, but naturally no response other than the automated message.

I am also having problems with reading PMail in the inbox. Sent emails are fine. Help!

Very disappointed having just renewed my membership that I can't read my pmail. This is the type of problem that is causing so many long term members to give up on Pbase. At this rate I don't see a future for what was once the best photo site on the web.

My inbox isn't there either although it tells me I have over 3,000 messages. Outbox has gone now too.

Same here, I have just emailed Emily and support regarding the issue.

Hi Guys,

It took a little time to sort through, but I believe we have all the mailboxes and mails working properly now.

The mails and mailboxes were never affected themselves. The cache for some boxes was set to show empty boxes in error. We have fixed the cache and modified the software to prevent this problem in the future.
