I was charged twice for this years renew...I paid at the 1st of the month (nov) i see on my bank statement thatpay pal also took money...how can I resolve this

Recently, we heard there is a new admin here who is also helping with support - Cami. Cami suggested emailing support@pbase.com with any issues.
