There's no use aspiring to be great if all you do is sit on your ever-thinning laurels and just ignore your customers. And the way PBase works - well, the business model is rather like a cafe that only sells filter coffee and tea, whilst others are selling countless coffee variations both hot and iced. And then you find there's nobody there to serve you the drink.
Maybe it's time to prove to us that you can do some good things your side of the pond.
