I get this message"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

It started today,2 days ago i renewed my subscription......

I just went to check my Stats right now, and received the identical error. Came to this forum to see if Pbase posted something, but saw your post instead. So, it's not just me, and I renewed last year. So nothing to do with that.

Seeing it here last night and today also. Have reported it.

(And otherwise, things had been working pretty well lately!)

I got the same error and I just renewed today, but I doubt they are actually related. I have seen this issue in the past when one of the servers is having problems.

Happened to me yesterday & today, too. Glad it's not just me, then. Did nothing unusual, just clicked on pageviews on the dashboard. Renewed a few weeks ago.

Old habit - 20+ IT years.
Mine is still reporting internal server error. Could we hope they are actually working on the stats page? I don't really use it more than for a quick look-see. I rely more on Google Analytics.
But if the stats pages remains broken for a long time then I would suspect we no long have an active support team, regardless of what Cami has said.

Alas, I think Cami is maybe being held in an airport somewhere! Probably survived this place just long enough to grasp the magnitude of the problems.

Aha! Just got an email from Ashlee that they are working on the problem and sorry for the inconvenience. (That offers some encouragement!)

[Update} My stats page is back up and working.

Ashlee identifies as a PBase Support Team person, I've seen her name on some forum posts in the past. And yes, Stats appears to be back -- Yay!
